To place a booking with VL Patil Stays & Banquets, the lead guest must be at least 16 years of age. The maximum occupancy per room is as stated in the room description on our website or OTA listings.
Where the booking is made on behalf of another guest or group, the person making the booking will be held responsible for any cancellations, non-arrivals, damages, or breach of terms by the occupying party.
Only registered guests are allowed to access rooms and facilities. Any third-party visitors must receive prior approval from the management.
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit must be made in cleared funds, and the booking is only considered confirmed once the payment is received.

Any bank charges incurred due to dishonoured cheques or failed transfers must be reimbursed by the guest within 7 days of notice.
We expect all guests to respect the privacy, peace, and comfort of others. The management reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any guest causing disturbance or nuisance.
Late check-in or check-out may be allowed at the discretion of management and may incur additional charges.
Please inform us of cancellations as early as possible. Refund of deposits will be processed as per the policy below:
In the event of non-arrival, the booking will be treated as cancelled, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
We strongly recommend that guests consider travel or event cancellation insurance.
If we are forced to cancel a booking due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to refunding any payments already received. No further compensation will be offered.
Wi-Fi is available for guest use and must be used fairly and legally. Activities such as:

We reserve the right to monitor usage to maintain performance and protect our network.
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents.
We reserve the right to charge for damages caused by any member of the booking party. This includes but is not limited to:

Lost room keys/cards will incur a replacement fee.
Lost & found items will be kept for 30 days. Items may be shipped upon request, with postal charges to be paid by the guest.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping devices) is strictly prohibited indoors and only allowed in designated outdoor areas. A fine or cleaning fee may be levied for violations.
On-site parking is provided for guests. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on our premises.
